Drew Grundmeyer

Harvest Ready was founded in 2026 by Drew Grundmeyer, a farmer, former educator, and agricultural service technician from Aurora, Iowa.

Drew grew up working alongside his family on their Northeast Iowa farm. After earning his education degree from Luther College, he began a career in teaching and coaching before returning to agriculture and building an operation of his own. 

Today, Drew also works for a Precision Planting dealership, helping farmers through equipment sales, service, training, and in-field support. He especially enjoys working directly with farmers, learning about their operations, solving problems, and helping them get the most from their equipment and employees. 

Throughout his career, Drew has combined his experience as a teacher, technician, and farmer to train people from many different backgrounds. That experience revealed a growing need: farmers need dependable, capable, help, while many hardworking people simply need an opportunity to learn.

Harvest Ready brings those two groups together through practical, hands-on training. Drew's background allows him to teach more than equipment operation. He emphasizes safety, communication, confidence, responsibility, and the judgment needed to become a valuable member of a farm operation. 

His goal is simple: create opportunities for good people, strengthen rural communities, and help farmers find the reliable help they need.
