Ideal Candidates:

Love Teaching - Strong verbal, organizational, and presenting ability.

Knowledge of Agriculture - Understand your local needs and what jobs need to be filled in your neighborhood

Ownership of Training Equipment - Tractors, Grain Cart, Combine, Auger, Semi (etc.)

Ownership of Training Area - Adaptable ground, shop or classroom setting

Care about what they are providing - I will not partner with anyone who will not put forth effort to educate, communicate, and care about Farmers, Students, and Local Needs.
